We would much prefer to handle transfers online, before the online transfer window closes, usually midnight Monday of race week. If you miss the window, contact us.
Event Cancellation Policy
Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather or any other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but refunds are not available if it is cancelled or rescheduled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning.
In the event of a thunderstorm, high sustained winds or other severe weather, we will postpone the race until conditions improve. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event with no refunds. We cannot delay the race for a long time due to agreements with police and out of respect for volunteers.
